MedProperties Group is actively partnering with experienced health care real estate institutional equity partners to create long-term relationships based upon a mutual goal of sound investing. These partnerships serve to enhance MedProperties Group’s ability to pursue larger-scale investment opportunities.

In the Chicago market, MedProperties Group has formed a joint venture with Harrison Street Real Estate Capital.  The joint venture currently owns 5 properties totaling 185,000 square feet and continues to pursue assets to compliment the portfolio.
